Building Surveys

We are able to produce structural surveys and reports for properties being assessed for mortgage applications and general maintenance. Reports clarify and resolve concerns identified in valuation surveys, describing remedial works where appropriate.

We offer our unique Targeted Survey. This type of inspection focuses on specific areas of structural concern. Perhaps a matter identified by the purchaser (or their valuer), or a matter known by the seller, which he is concerned could arise in a buyer’s survey and wants to be prepared for.
